Synopsis: It all started with the birth of a SatelliteTelevision Network: "World Indigenous Network" is an idea that was born into the mind of Gérard Angé and his Corporation; G.A.P. International. Mr Ange' and his company invested over a million dollars of his own money into an innovative concept that caused much-deserved hype among Native Americans and Indigenous peoples world-wide. That network came to fruition on October 17th 2003 with the funding of $50 Million in first round funding from a group of notable broadcast investors. But was hijacked and shattered when both Mr. Ange's WIN-Tv Corporation and his, G.A.P. International were both targeted by an International company based in Philadelphia with deep government connections. [ http://www.gapinternational.com/clients.html ] At the time of the theft was to us, an unknown company who appeared to want our property: "www.gapInternational.com property" to "Brand" their Company. This Crime was bigger than just one theft... It was a crime that began with embezzlement and the first theft, which then started the dominos falling as we witnessed a secret plan that unfolded before us, that lead to all our stolen corporate email and contracts to and from our investors... Which then lead / to our discovery of the first theft on December 07, 2003. From there we then were attacked again and it escalated to next being targeted by a second, third and fourth theft! These thefts all were committed a month after the first theft... With the thefts of additional property from our WIN-TV Corporation and thefts of all our other web sites and all our associated email. Those thefts lead were by design intentional willful attacks targeted at the destruction of our $50 million dollar first round funding investment of WIN-Tv by our Corporate investors. And six years later... We have witnessed continuing on going Federal Criminal Acts, continuing on-going willful theft... of all our corporate email, Additional acts of re-registering of our WIN-TV corporate property; a crime called (Cyber Squatting) Federal laws are still being knowingly and intentionality violated by the same people still in 2009... Taking what first started with a US Federal crime called (interstate wire fraud). Up to a global level; Since the following second and ongoing thefts committed on December 7th 2003 and additional acts have continued thru to 2009 were all committed while Anthony Templer (Co-Defendant) was living in Berlin Germany, [ http://www.myspace.com/anthonytempler ] those acts now graduated those US Federal Crimes to an international crime called International Wire Fraud & Cyber Squatting. In 2004 after we went to the FBI and filed a case of Inter-State Wire Fraud & Conversion against the People and corporation that targeted us= FBI Case: ICC # I05071411389175. We were also instructed by the FBI to file a lawsuit against the parties that committed the theft, which we did. But, because of that... now "the Thieves/Criminals" that willfully committed these acts against us are now called... "defendants". It is one thing being hit by a disaster like a Hurricane or Earthquake because, after it's gone you can reconstruct and try to put your life back together. But what has happened here is different. Back in 2003 the theft began... Today, as I write this that theft has never stopped!! The burglars are still in my house and they still have my property six years later! And what has been going on for the last six years in the court is that the burglars are just trying to complete that theft by subverting our legal system with their big law firms and fighting a war of dollars trying to "buy their version of Justice, to complete the theft." IN A SURPRISE TWIST: Our Trial Judge after standing up to the defendants in defense of the constitutionality rights of the plaintiffs and their right to trial was without warning... quickly substituted from The Honorable Barbara Miller to: Judge John M. True III. IN OUR FIRST HEARING BEFORE JUDGE JOHN M. TRUE III ~ " I was ordered by Judge True to represent our corporate case in trial."Pro SE " I told Judge True no! That I couldn't do that because I am not an attorney and I wasn't qualified and that we already had an Attorney." Judge True III replied: [quote] "That if I SAID THAT YOU would have to represent yourself - Then... that's exactly what you will have to do!... So, Deal With It-!!!!" .[end quote]. By Judge John M. True action and orders, (1)We were denied our Constitutional Right to Legal Counsel and ordered us to represent without our legal counsel present (2) Judge John M. True III then against strong protest, dismissed all damages against the defendants. (3) Then after six years of our search for justice and $100,000.00 in legal fees, Judge John M. True III then denied our Constitutional Right to trial for the crimes committed against us... and stopped our trial, and then Judge John M. True III in a final act... (4) dismissed all charges against the defendants and dismissed our case. We are victims of crime, Not just of "ONE" act of crime" but of, numerous ongoing "multiple criminal acts" and multiple Thefts. In the final injustice the defendants attorney entered added false statements into our case as facts... These false statements were formally objected to, but, regardless of these formal objections... these false claims were then finalized into the record by Judge John M. True III to create the appearance of wrong doing on the side of the Plaintiffs. The above false acts clearly show a willful ongoing criminal behavior in and attempt to conceal the defendants own criminal actions and to conceal the defendants own exhibits which were presented to the court:= Nine emails that showed clearly that the defendants had attempted to to delete, to modify and to conceal their own key evidence in and attempt to cover the defendants own criminal behavior. The Plaintiffs are Victims of crime, and have been trying to exercise what all US citizens are promised in our Constitution, "Justice for the crimes committed against us" These rights were intentionally denied to us by the actions of Substituted Judge: John M. True III in concert with the defendants attorneys. ~ \\\ ~ >>> UPDATE: <<< The Honorable Superior Court Judge Barbara Miller was found dead in her home on November 9, 2009 she was 58 years of age. An autopsy is being conducted into the cause of her sudden death. Honorable Superior Court Judge Barbara Miller was known as a person who believed in The Constitution and in equal justice under the law ... for all people.
